DELIVERY

Delivery time is 5 working days, depending on availability (this timeframe is given as an indication).

Free shipping on orders over €150 excluding VAT
For orders under €150 excluding VAT, a flat shipping fee of €10 excluding VAT will be applied.
A €20 handling fee (excluding VAT) plus €10 shipping fee (excluding VAT) applies to all orders under €100.

For Corsica, the French overseas departments and territories and other countries, transport and transit costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

RECEPTION

Goods travel at the customer's risk. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damage or missing items, the customer must immediately make the necessary reservations with the carrier. The phrase "subject to further inspection" is not acceptable. No claim will be accepted without reservation.

In the event of a claim, a maximum of 10 days from receipt will be allowed. We recommend that you refuse the package if it shows visible damage upon delivery, in order to ensure the situation is handled promptly and avoid any complications in processing your request.

RESPONSIBILITY

Although the technical information is prepared with the greatest care and despite the quality of our products, Yumi Beauty cannot be held responsible for the direct or indirect consequences of using the products sold, whether on persons or property, especially in the event of misuse.

RETENTION OF TITLE

The sale is subject to the buyer's commitment and in accordance with Law No. 80355 of May 12, 1980. Yumi Beauty SARL retains full ownership of the goods sold until full payment is received. Failure to pay will result in the immediate repossession of the goods. Yumi Beauty SARL reserves the right to recover the goods without the customer being able to object and without the customer being entitled to a refund of any sums paid, which will remain the property of Yumi Beauty SARL as liquidated damages.

TERMS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT:

For credit card payments made at the time of order, a 3% discount is granted for purchase amounts between €150 excluding VAT and €500 excluding VAT.
By check with the order (order shipped upon receipt of the check)
By bank transfer (for speed reasons please send a copy of the transfer).

DISPUTE :

In the event of a dispute, only the commercial court of Saint-Etienne has jurisdiction .

PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the European General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 known as GDPR , it is noted that the personal data which is requested from the Customer is necessary for the processing of his order and the issuing of invoices, in particular.

The personal data obtained is necessary for the execution of the order and collected in compliance with the obligations arising from law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the GDPR.

This data may be communicated to the Seller's potential partners responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of orders.

They will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for a maximum period of 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship in accordance with Article 2224 of the Civil Code.

The Client is informed that they have the right to access and rectify their personal data processed, and that they may request its erasure, restriction of processing, and portability under the conditions set out in Articles 17, 18, and 20 of the GDPR. They may also exercise their right to object under the conditions set out in Article 21.
